It takes 30 days to make a habit. Day 1
Yesterday I forgot it was the first. I woke up unprepared. As a result when I got to work I ate anything.
And since I hate startin half way thru a day I continued to eat unhealthy. I also did not work out
Over all I don’t feel bad about the day I was able to relax and feel good.
I’m ready for today so I can eat 100% clean an do my workout.
